Order Placement

After a successful payment, the preparation and shipping process will take 3 to 5 business days.

Please make sure your contact details and delivery address are entered correctly to avoid any delays.

If there is any issue with the payment or missing information, the Vaheh support team will contact you.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via trusted delivery services such as Tipax or local couriers.

Shipping is free for all orders within Tehran.

For purchases over 5 million tomans, nationwide shipping is free.

A tracking code will be provided once the package is dispatched so you can follow its status.

Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of bedding products, returns or exchanges are only possible in the following cases:

If there is a defect in printing or stitching

If the wrong product has been sent

The customer must notify our support team within 7 business days after receiving the item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their complete packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, all return shipping costs will be covered by Vaheh.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and text on the Vaheh website are the property of the brand.

Any unauthorized use is prohibited and subject to legal action.

Customer information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for processing orders and improving service.
